This Full Body BURNOUT Workout is the bonus challenge for the Summer Shredding Program. Based on the schedule, you’re supposed to do this routine after you finish the full body workout or leg workout. It will be challenging! You can do this workout on its own as well. It burns!!!! BURN THAT FAT!
